Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights

The goal of our SRHR program is to improve SRHR and HIV outcomes for children adolescents and youth in Uganda.  Our primary target is children, adolescents and youth (5-24years-old) and our secondary audience groups range from youth 25-30 years(In-and-Out of school youth), parents/caregivers, teachers and community leaders(religious and traditional)

ACTS101 works in partnership with civil society actors to strengthen their capacity and the capacity of children, adolescents and youth through creating platforms for shared learning. Our SRHR program empowers children, adolescents and youth to make informed decisions about their health and prepares them to protect themselves, for a productive and fulfilling life.

 
The Project is based on the following principles to ensure comprehensive programming:

Building capacity of children, adolescents and youth to become anchors and agents of change.

Promoting accountability, by the duty bearers at various levels.

Strengthening community systems through existing institutions, platforms, networks  and initiatives

Taking into account faith and cultural sensitivity

Enhancing local capacity through skills transfer.

Ensuring gender equality, equity and sexual inclusivity
